This privacy policy (the "Policy") discloses the privacy practices for the Arc-Com website located at www.arc-com.com (the "Site"). Arc-Com Fabrics, Inc., the provider of the Site (referred to as "us" or "we" or "Arc-Com"), is committed to protecting your privacy online.
This Policy applies to information we collect on this Site and information obtained by email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Site.
This Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Arc-Com or any third party.

1. Release of Information.
We do not sell or rent Personally Identifiable Information (as defined in Section 2 of this Policy) collected during your use of our Site without your permission. We do, however, provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners, sponsors, members of the Arc-Com Alliance and other third parties (each a "Service Partner"), and as a result, certain information — including your Personally Identifiable Information— may be transferred to Service Partners in connection with the operation of this Site and/or the delivery of products or services to you.
We will encourage our Service Partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by our Service Partners is governed by the privacy policies of those Service Partners, and is not subject to our control.
2. The Information We Collect.
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Site, including information by which you may be personally identified, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, or any other information the website collects that is defined as personal information or personally identifiable information under any applicable law ("Personally Identifiable Information"). We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
At the time you register on our Site, create any account on our Site or agree to participate in any sweepstakes, contest or other promotion (including those offered by our Service Partner(s)) we may collect and store your name, address and other Personally Identifiable Information. We need this information to create your account and, to the extent applicable, provide related and/or requested products and services, and to let you know of additional goods and services about which you might be interested. If you obtain goods and/or services provided by one of our Service Partners, we may exchange with the Service Partner Personally Identifiable Information about you regarding such transaction(s).
In addition to Personally Identifiable Information, we automatically gather general statistical information about our Site and visitors (such as IP addresses, browsers, pages viewed, number of visitors; and products, samples and other goods and services ordered or purchased; and other similar information). If, after receiving information regarding offers from selected third parties, you do not opt out to receive information from them, we may share your information with the applicable third parties.
Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act and thus will not distribute your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties without your consent or as specifically described above.
5. Security.
We employ reasonable and current security methods to help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and guard your information. Your Personally Identifiable Information is protected in several ways. Please be aware, however, whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online—for example on message boards, through email or in chat areas—that information can be collected and used by others. We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes. Also, please note that it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.
7. Children Under 13.
You must be at least 13 years old to have our permission to use this Site. Our Policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors that are under 13 years of age.
We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our Site, and so we carry out the same policy for individuals of all ages. If a child has provided us with Personally Identifiable Information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us at the address provided in Section 6 above to remove the information and to opt out of promotional opportunities.
8. Third-Party Privacy Practices.
Except as otherwise discussed in this Policy, this Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Other websites accessible through our Site have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices. Please consult each website’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of Service Partners. Additionally, individuals or entities who place advertising on our Site may collect information about you when you view or click on their advertising through the use of cookies. We cannot control this collection of information. You should contact these Service Partners and advertisers directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
9. Changes to Our Privacy Policy.
This Policy became effective on May 14, 2018. Any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated through our Site at least thirty (30) days in advance of its effective date. Information collected before changes are made will be secured according to the previous privacy policy.

11. Notice of Compliance to California Residents
California law requires that we provide you with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act ("CalOPPA") and the California Business and Professions Code. As required by CalOPPA, this Policy identifies the categories of Personally Identifiable Information that we collect through the Site about individual consumers who use or visit the Site and the categories of third-party persons or entities with whom such Personally Identifiable Information may be shared. Depending on your activity at the Site, certain "personally identifiable information" (as that term is defined in the CalOPPA) may be collected, in addition to information set forth in other sections of this Policy. 12. California Shine the Light Law Compliance Statement
Under California S.B. 27 ("Shine the Light Law"), California residents have the right under certain circumstances to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of "personally identifiable information" shared. To make such a request, please send an email to compliance@arc-com.com and please include the phrase "California Privacy Request" in the subject line, the domain name of the website that you are inquiring about, along with your name, address and email address. We will respond to you within thirty (30) days of receiving such a request.
